• HIPAA-compliant Virtual Private Network between your primary office and HealthWare, or your other offices, or your home.
• Remote control of all your computers from HealthWare. Instead of spending a lot of time trying to guide your staff members on what they should do, our reps can simply “take over” your computer(s) and fix the problem. It’s like having a Technical Support rep on site!
• Remote, HIPAA-compliant back-ups at a secure, off site data center. The back-ups can be manual or automatic, and you will receive an email the next day confirming the back-up. No more questions about reliability of your back-ups.
• Remote training at a moment’s notice, for new staff members or existing ones, who need to brush up on features of the software. We’ll also be sponsoring Virtual Seminars.
• File maintenance without sending us your files. We can do it for you right on your server. No more CD’s in the mail.

HealthWare has two levels of support: Standard and Premier. Premier Support Clients receive priority in our queue. That is to say, they jump to the front of the list for returned calls if our support load is high at the time. They also will receive discounts on support and training-related products and services, such as GetAways.
